Built his career in financial markets, with experience on a bank's proprietary trading desk, a hedge fund, and as founder of Paradigma Education. In 2019, he moved into the social impact sector and began focusing on impact measurement. He has worked on projects with Huber Social in Australia since 2020, and co-founded Social Impact in 2024.

Gabriel is a psychologist with a postgraduate degree in marketing and has dedicated the last 10 years to social engagement and volunteering in Brazil. He currently leads the Atados website, the country's largest volunteering platform, where 5,000 NGOs connect with 300,000 volunteers through a wide range of opportunities that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A specialist in corporate volunteering, he has coordinated projects with companies such as Coca-Cola, Shell, L'Oréal, and UHG, creating activities, programs, and technologies that engage the corporate sector toward a fairer and more sustainable world.
